Christmas Delivery

We always aim to dispatch your products as soon as possible, in the order they are placed. However, during this incredibly busy period, our dispatch time is around 3 working days (from order placed to dispatch). You will always receive a dispatch email or text message to the email address/telephone number used to place the order once dispatched, and you will be able to track your delivery through the tracking code provided.

Please note, while we make every attempt to dispatch your order promptly, delivery services are experiencing delays during this period, and this can result in parcels taking longer than expected to arrive.

Standard Delivery

If placing your order using our standard delivery service; order by 18th December 2024 to ensure you receive your parcel by Christmas (UK only).

Next Day Delivery

If selecting a Next Day shipping option; place your order before 20th December 2024 to ensure you receive your parcel by Christmas (UK only).

International Shipping

If you are placing your order from outside of the UK; order by 16th December 2024 to allow enough time to receive your order by Christmas.

We offer expedited shipping services at checkout, with a 3-4 day delivery period. You can see these options while checking out on our website.

We cannot offer any guarantee you will receive your order in time for Christmas.

Orders placed between 23rd December 2024 - 1st January 2025

Our website will remain open and we will continue to take orders 24/7.

As our shipping partners are closed over the Christmas period, any orders placed between 23 December and 27 December will be shipped on/after 30 December 2024. Any others placed between 31 December 2024 and 1 January 2025 will be dispatched after 2 January 2025.
