Returns
If you need to return any item to us, please notify us within 14 days of receipt of the order (unless faulty). Use the contact form on our site, or email care@thesardarco.com
It's important that any items returned to us, unless faulty, are returned in a re-saleable condition. It must be un-used, in it's original packaging and labels, with all the parts that came with it. We would recommend that you return your items via registered post (you will need to pay for delivery which is non-refundable unless faulty).

The only thing I didn’t like and uncomfortable to tie is the patka with strings. I rather have something like in the picture below which my friend brought from India. If you can make like that than I’ll order.with logo or Sikh kanda or plan

I received the products in a timely mannor on criticism is the box it came in was bashed but I think that was due to the couriers. It is planned as a gift and look lovely to present.

Great bag for all your Sardar Co products
Upon arrival, the beard care travel kit was packaged in a rectangular hardcover box which kept the products secured. Inside, it also contained the cordless hair straightener which I purchased separately on the same day as the beard care travel kit, so it was very nice to have it packaged into one package. The beard brush, comb, beard oil, and the beard balm are indeed created with the purest ingredients which are safe to use and contain a wonderful aroma as well. The cordless beard straightener must be fully charged before use, yet at first glance, it is made from quality solid materials and left no doubts in my mind. The travel kit itself was also inside the package and has a zipper on the outside as well as one inside to maximize storage utility. All in all, this is a wonderful purchase despite the extra $50 international shipping charge. In my mind, it was well worth the wait and I highly recommended it for future purchases!

Excellent products. Used so many beads
Products and this is one of the best. Love the attention to detail on how the combs and brush has its own case/bag. The smell is okay. Not my kind of smell but the product is good. Great value for money.
